  • Twilight accepts items back for exchange or store credit only.
  • All requests for an exchange or store credit must be made within 15 days of the original delivery date with tags on the garment.
  • Items purchased online can be exchanged in-store, accompanying a receipt and original tags intact.
  • All returned items MUST be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and unused with the price tags intact.
  • Twilight reserves the right to deny any requests if the returned item does not meet the return policy requirements.
  • Sale merchandise, jewelry, accessories (i.e. scarves, pashminas, gloves, clutches, handbags), undergarments, and special orders are all FINAL SALE. No exchanges, returns, or store credits.
  • Purchases made with promotional codes, coupons, or gift certificates can be exchanged or issued a store credit within the 15 day period.
  • During the holiday season (December) returns are accepted until January 15th.
  • Credits issued will cover the amount of the returned item and any tax paid on that item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
